A project for an internet start-up company (Teramedia Ltd) to provide an internet-based application to support the new procedure for house sales proposed by the government. This involved the mapping and agreement of the new processes with professionals in the business. We worked with the senior management and marketing to generate product definitions for the first software releases for the company. We also produced systems design and a data model for the new system. This system is now live throughout England and Wales and can be seen at www.territorium.co.uk.
 

Provided a Senior Business Analyst to cover maternity leave absence for the main operational system of PHH Relocation Ltd. This role involved the business, systems and data analysis of all system enhancements and new systems, along with the co-ordination of support for the live system. It was our responsibility to produce estimates and allocate and plan tasks for the developers in the team. The system was a client/server application running on Windows PCs and a UNIX server with a SYBASE database, which supported several specialised applications concerned with house buying and selling, personnel relocation management and the associated payment and billing.
